Carol Reid

Carol works as an outpatient Renal Dietitian at Te Whatu Ora Health NZ, Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley. Carol has a special interest in pre-dialysis nutrition care and working within Māori and Pacific communities. She has over 25 years’ experience, with half of this time spent working in England and Ireland. Travel offered multiple clinical specialist areas to work in including ICU, Paediatrics, Plastics, Oncology, and work at the National Haematology Bone Marrow Transplant unit in Dublin.
She has a love for teaching, previously working for Otago University in the Student Dietitian Tutor role, also as an Assistant to a Teaching Fellow, working in teaching hospitals including Royal Free Hampstead supporting student training, St Thomas and Guys in London, and St James in Ireland.
