Registration Categories
Please ensure you are eligible for the category you have selected. If you are not eligible for the category you have selected you will be invoiced for the difference in registration cost and this must be paid prior to the Congress. All student registrations must provide a letter from their university head of department or supervisor to be eligible.
Registration categories listed below only apply to Full Congress, Scientific Program and CME Registration. Auxiliary meetings have their own category structure.
- ANZSN Members (and affiliated organisations**): Current ANZSN members at the time of the registration.
- Non-Member: Individuals without active subscription for ANZSN for the year in which the Congress is being held.
- International Concession: Attendees who reside in Low Income Countries and Lower Middle-Income Countries in the Asia-Pacific region (Korea, Dem. People’s Rep., Bangladesh, Cambodia, Indonesia, Kiribati, Lao PDR, Micronesia, Fed. Sts., Mongolia, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Solomon Islands, Pacific Island states, Timor-Leste, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka).
- ISN Member: If you are a member of the ISN, please provide your ISN Member number during the registration process.
- Allied Health, Scientists, Nursing, other Sub-groups: Science graduate (non-medical graduate) working in kidney research, individual from Allied Health, Nursing groups or a retired nephrologist (no longer in paid employment).
- Student*: Full-time or part-time undergraduate or enrolled in a PhD or post-graduate research higher degree during the Congress year and women who are on parental/maternity leave from study.
- RACP Trainee*: Nephrology Trainees / Pre-Vocational Physicians currently receiving health care professional training in hospital.
*All student registrations must include a letter from their university head of department or supervisor to confirm eligibility. Please ensure you meet the requirements for the selected category. If found ineligible, you will be invoiced for the difference in registration fees, which must be paid prior to the Congress.
*Student ANZSN members and RACP Trainees are encouraged to apply for a travel grant via this link.
**ANZSN offer reduced registration fees at ANZSN member rates for members of the Indian Society of Nephrology, Malaysian Society of Nephrology, Nephrology Society of Thailand, Japanese Society of Nephrology, Chinese Society of Nephrology, Canadian Society of Nephrology and the European Renal Association with whom we have an existing Memorandum of Understanding.
