Aim of study is to report the incidence of COVID-19 cases in the seting of haemodyalisis unit.
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a progressive decrease in renal function that occurs progressively. CKD can be seen by an irreversible decrease in the Glomerular Filtration Rate, which need to treat with kidney replacement therapy especially haemodialysis. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the risk of covid 19 transmission is very high in hospitals. The Indonesian Nephrology Association (Pernefri) and the Ministry of Health have made special rules and mechanisms for routine dialysis patients. Some of the rules include carrying out health protocols for health workers, patients, and families. Screening for COVID-19 antigen examination, Haemodialysis is carried out with the Fixes Dialysis Care System and the end row system.
This research is a descriptive study, sampling with consecutive sampling, in patients undergoing routine haemodialysis at Tulus Ayu Hospital. The collection time starts at the beginning of the covid 19 pandemic, which is middle of 2020 until March 2022.
Result of the study Cardiovascular disease is the most common comorbid with 34 patients (50‰). Routine CKD on haemodyalisis patients at Tulus Ayu Hospital with positive covid 19 were 20 patients (29.4‰), dominated by elderly group patients, age range of 50-60 years, there wa 100 ‰ of the survival rate of routine HD patients exposed to covid 19 and none of the Covid-19 patient were died.
Conclusion Routine haemodialysis patients are very susceptible to COVID 19, with a positive rate of 29.4‰ without any mortality due to Covid 19.
